Municipal election
Our treasurer’s objective is the custody and control of the Institution’s resources, as well as the preparation of the budget, the balance, the settlement of accounts, among others. They are submitted to the approval of the School Assembly.

Our children need fundamental pillars of knowledge that can navigate them through life. Their success is our duty, we have to provide them will all necessary resources.

Clear communication with parents should be a priority as they are the most significant role models in a child’s early development. Parents make the decision of entrusting their children to our educational institutions for the opportunity to benefit from the shared knowledge of our community.

Youth Heritage
My greatest interest is to ensure that the coffers of our school are destined to improve the needs of the establishment and especially to ensure that our young people enjoy a pleasant and safe space. “MAJ represents your heritage.” I propose the coordination of study trips to different parts of the city, such as science museums, factories and outdoor activities.

School treasury
I propose holding meetings with the school’s board of directors so that together we can have better control of the monetary flow that enters and leaves the institution. Recording all movements related to the treasury. Make exhaustive balances of our educational funds, issuing semi-annual reports so that all our affiliates are informed. Any existing surplus will always be invested in the interest of our institution.

Emergency fund
If necessary, I propose to set up an emergency fund within our treasury in order to be able to collaborate urgently with the issues that most afflict us, providing an immediate solution prior to the approval of the Board of Directors.

Better Resources For Teachers
Since are such integral members of our community, we should take special interest in helping them face the challenges of teaching by allocating funds. towards programs that will equip them with what they need to best educate our youth. Our teachers should receive more support in making sound decisions in enriching our children’s lives through their professional experience.

To carry out the work of our treasury, it is vital to have communication with society in general and, above all, to have direct communication with the episcopate as well as with our municipal governors, transmitting the concerns of our institution as well as the proposals that help the community in general. My experience
Joanna Maj is passionate and committed to the protection of school education, she maintains that it is necessary to train and provide tools to teachers and parents so that they have a voice and their needs and concerns are heard. All together we can contribute to the development of a more just society in Canada. She currently works coordinating cultural events in Ontario.
In recent years, she has gained great experience collaborating in cultural events and fundraising to help those most in need. His interest in helping others began in adolescence.
• Actively participated in TWA – Third World Awareness Group
• She has traveled to emerging countries collaborating in schools and orphanages in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia and Peru.
